| What does DEA stand for? | Dea stand for Design (internal spaces have been designed by architect Elena Ogna), Eco due to its green standards, including solar panels, Automation as physical keys are not needed – everything is streamlined and automatic – you only need a code to acess parking and apartment, if you wish. |

| How big are the apartments? | The kitchen ranges between 15 and 22 sqm, the bed room ranges between 14 and 22 sqm, the bathroom from 3 to 6 sqm. |
| What is the maximum number of guests allowed? | Up to 4 guests, 2 in the bed room (king size bed for 2, 90×200), 2 in the sofa-bed in the kitchen. |
